Dave I will be down in ft. Myers from June7th till the 16th and will be fishing tarpon at Boca Grande but want to fish other places around ft myers. I do fish a dlat towards sanibel bridge that always brings 2 to 4lb trout, nothing bigger or smaller. I can't seem to tie into any gator trout only those. Which I'm not complaining but thats the only species I catch the and they are all the same size, good eaters. Can you tell me some good spots and do you think I need to target deeper water where I catch the trout to catch bigger ones? I probably catch 30 to 40 trout a day there all on prizm suspending mirror lure. Naybe I should put out a live shrimp for bigger ones? i would also like to catch some reds to, and flounder any area you recomend. I have my own boat, Its no a shallow boat, I draft about 21inchs. Its a 21ft cc. If you have any ideas let me know. I want to catch different fish this year. Flounder would be nice.

I have been doing some stream and creek fishing in DURHAM REGION and LOWER KAWARTHAS and have been catching an abundance of small rainbow and brown trout about 3 to 6 inches in lewngth.Never caught so many every 2nd or 3rd cast on small silver or chartruese spinners. After checking around the general consensus by experts in the fisheries this may herald a huge run of keeper size trout in 2 to 3 years.Keep it in mind. vic
