   You can DIY by yourself if you got plenty of time to do such kind of handcraft job. All you need are a roll of iron wire and thin paper and glue. Just bend wire and make a loop with a handle bard, then glue the cut circle paper sized about bigger than the loop, then stick it around the loop. And dry it in the air for a while…. then you can play it at home. It is kind old Taiwanese children game, but kind of fun. Remember, be sure make a lot of loops in one time, cuz you know they are so fragil as they look. YOu wouldn’t want to play once without catching any fish for some fun, right? Be sure make a lot. and good luck!!
