Best lures/tactics for fall salmon fishing in the Great lakes?

I’m in Ontario I fish between Goderich and Owen Sound off the piers and the rivers and streams. I’ve had good luck on the little cleos and jointed rapalas. Any other lure suggestions.. I also float fish a little bit but that has proven unsuccesful for me.. Any ideas?

Well considering large game hunting season isnt all year round. I’m not going to waste 15 bucks on some bullets to go shoot some birds. I can’t go fishing in the great lakes all year round unless I have a freighter thats going to plow through the ice because I dont feel like having my boat sink and making the 6 o clock news.
